DESIGNED FOR

HSE training providers Technical training centres Corporate training operations

01 / The operational gap

The training is complete.
The administration is not.

When participant details, attendance sheets, assessments, and certificates sit in different places, closing a training job becomes another project.

THE EVERYDAY CHALLENGEA CONNECTED WORKFLOW

Repeated data entry

The same details are copied between participant lists, certificates, and reports.

One connected participant record

Keep the relevant information together throughout the training workflow.

Certificate corrections

Errors come to light after documents have already been prepared.

Review before you issue

Check participant details and completion requirements before production.

The search for client records

Teams search through folders and emails to assemble training evidence.

Records organised around the job

Bring evidence, documents, and certificates back to the right client.

02 / One connected workflow

From training job
to client-ready records.

Keep the operational steps connected while accommodating
the way your team collects information today.

About Credovant

Practical technology
for industrial operations.

Credovant Technologies focuses on software that connects operational work with clear, usable records.

Our first focus is industrial training: helping providers bring administration, certificates, and corporate reporting into one organised workflow.

Technology should fit the work.
Not add another layer to it.

A few practical questions

Before we talk.

What this approach covers,
and where we start.

Discuss your workflow
Is this an LMS?

The primary focus is training operations, evidence, certificates, and client reporting—not an online course library. It is designed around the administrative work that surrounds classroom and on-site training.

Can our team continue using paper attendance?

Yes. The proposed workflow accommodates staff-managed records and uploaded attendance evidence. Uploading paper records does not mean the information is automatically extracted; that process is agreed as part of the scope.

Does every trainee need a smartphone?

No. The proposed workflow allows coordinators and trainers to manage participant records. It does not depend on every trainee having a personal device.

Do we need to replace our current ERP?

The initial scope focuses on training operations, not replacing your ERP, email, or quotation processes. Any integration requirements are reviewed separately before implementation.

How do we get started?

Start with a discussion about your training workflow and reporting requirements. From there, agree a focused pilot with clear responsibilities and measures. Product availability, delivery scope, and commercial terms are confirmed together.

The next step

Let’s look at your
training workflow.

Tell us how your team manages training records and where the administrative work builds up.

A useful conversation starts with:

Your current process and record formats.

Certificate and client-reporting requirements.

A focused scope that your team can evaluate.
